Volunteer page

  • You will need a Wakefield School Department CORI on file to volunteer on the night of this event. 

  • Click on the CORI Form button below to download the form. 

  • Bring the completed CORI form with a copy of your licence to the Superintendent's office and give the form to Karen Fitzpatrick.  The office is located at 60 Farm Street at the High School.

  • If you have any questions or to find out if a CORI is still valid please email Karen at karen.fitzpatrick@wpsk12.org 

  • CORI's are good for 3 years and for all of the Wakefield Schools.
